Biography
Dorathy Erhiga Oshalaye is an HR professional with a passion for people and their career development, she has over 9years years of experience as an HR personnel both as a junior staff and on a managerial level.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSc. Computer Science) from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State in 2010. She has worked in different organizations in the past where she functioned as an Administrative Officer for close to 10 years in Wheelwright Nig. Ltd., and also worked as the Head of Admin./HR in Lifepage Group for almost 4 years. She joined TIA Technologies Ltd., as the HR Officer in 2023 and was promoted to Head, Admin./HR in the same year.
She has undergone HRM, and Leadership Skills training amongst others locally, and is interested in attending more related training shortly to advance in her career.
